@VOIPO shutting down service after hitting my credit card multiple times for years into the future worth of service. Can't get a refund now and the charges are too old to dispute. Feels like criminal fraud.
@common_sen5e@VOIPO I have this same issue. They hit me multiple times between December and January for renewals. Money flushed down the drain now with the shutdown. Never going to see it. Feels real scammy, criminal fraud.
@SouthwestAir what's going on in Baltimore? Flight 1919 from BWI to MCO gets delayed 2 hours and you let the Orlando flight at the next gate go ahead of us so you don't get dinged for 2 late flights. That's messed up. We should have been prioritized!
@SouthwestAir flight 1924 has been sitting with passengers on board for an hour at BWI "waiting for bags". This is ridiculous. The flight was already delayed now you're holding us on your plane for a BS bag. Get it to them in the morning.
@SouthwestAir Maybe you can help me on this... I used RR Shopping and got 300 points but just saw them taking away as a refund. Problem is, I didn't get a refund, I got the product and I'm happy with it. Who can I talk to about that? Every point helps :)

@SouthwestAir, thanks for the Companion Pass. My wife and I were able to do a couple of weekend getaways and take the kids to a wedding in Jamaica. We wouldn't have been able to fly nearly as much without it. Best loyalty program around. Much appreciated!
