Foxes, cats and rabbits are taking out large numbers of native plants and animals across the Wheatbelt and effecting farmer’s bottom line. This year, the results for the autumn Red Card program saw 4,779 animals culled, including 2,928 foxes. https://t.co/7rreJ3SLNa

Here’s a quick stat for you. So far this season Red Card events have removed more than 2,600 foxes plus over 130 cats and 1,400 rabbits. It’s been a cracking season! Congratulations to everyone who’s got behind Red Card this year.

We had a great chat with the crew out at Quairading last week. By all accounts they had their biggest Red Card ever with 347 foxes removed! A huge effort by everyone involved.
