Poor service.Ordered,denim jacket(Return Id:RT134930648), jeansPant(Return ID:RT132255591). Size issues. Delivery agent(DA)1 took jacket by mistake. DA2 not taking jeans saying that it's jacket return. Many calls and mails. No resolution since Nov. No refund of jacket.

There seems to be a problem in infrastructure which should be rectified so that there are no frequent disruptions in supply. Please do something to solve this problem permanently.
