Since then:
❌ 4 engineer visits scheduled
❌ 0 actual visits
❌ Device still dead
Now escalated to appellate (SR000031GMDH / SR000031OJVL)
Is this the service customers should expect?
Need urgent resolution + compensation for downtime.

Installed Jio AirFiber on 18 March 2026, but the device stopped working within 1 minute due to a faulty power adapter. The installation engineer promised a same-day replacement but never returned.
Complaint raised on 19 March (SR000031GMDH). Since then:
•3 engineer visits scheduled
•No one showed up
•Engineer even called and refused to complete the work
This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
Service is still NOT working, yet no resolution has been provided.
If not resolved within 24 hours, I will escalate this to consumer forum and higher authorities.
Need immediate action.

Engineer visit scheduled today (10–11 AM) but again no one showed up.
This is now the 4th failed visit. Service has not been working since installation (18 March).

This is complete negligence. If not resolved TODAY, I will proceed with consumer complaint and refund request.

The issue is still unresolved and the device has not been working since installation (18 March 2026).
3 engineer visits were scheduled but no one showed up, and the installation engineer refused to complete the work after I raised the complaint.
Requesting immediate engineer visit and device replacement on priority.
