Naked short selling can no longer hide behind rule 203b and automation. Piggyback exemptions blended into 15c2-11 unsolicited provisions is the pathway which leads to property theft while rule 144 is sabotaged by toxic financing institutions, law firms, advisors, and self regulatory organizations such as FINRA.

Securities must have forced trade settlement and audited in order for the USD and US Treasury's to trade without interference in the biggest equity market in the world.
