After a busy morning Christmas crafting with our parents, Year 6 spent the rest of the morning dunking Oreos into melted chocolate and decorating them as treat for their Class Dojo points😋🍫

Year 6 Activity Ambassador training is happening today at The University of Hertfordshire.
This morning we met the incredible paraolympic basketballer @ellabeaumonnt and learned how to lead a range PE activities for all ages.

We had the pleasure of Electric Umbrella come and visit us this afternoon. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and took away a clear message that the world is a better place when we are inclusive to all, especially with a smile😊

Yesterday, Year 6 attended The Saracen's Tag Rugby Festival. The children took part in multiple matches against a range of local schools. All three teams thoroughly enjoyed themselves and scored many tries by using their skills from their previous PE unit - tag rugby🏉

We are pleased to announce that we have been awarded Gold in the School Games Mark for the 3rd year in a row. It is given to schools who show a commitment to developing competition and participation in sport in their school. 🥇@YourSchoolGames

A huge congratulations to our Year 6 learners who have done so well in their SATs this year. They have done better, or in line, with National figures in every subject and I couldn't be more proud of them and the whole of the team at The Reddings . Well done.

Well done to our Yr5/6 district team who took part in DSC yesterday. We came 4th out of 11 schools🏆 A special recognition to Hammad (Yr6) who came first in both of his races, David (Yr6) and Freya (Yr6) who came 2nd and our relay teams who came 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th.

We had the most incredible day at @livgolf_league on Friday. It was an amazing experience and the children said “it was the best event they’ve ever been to!”
