Marriage is sacred. It's a beautiful thing where two people are completely locked in for life. The world hates that. Society is doing everything it can to rip marriage apart and crush it.
Everywhere you look, the culture is trying to normalize open marriages and make quick, easy divorces look totally fine. They treat a deep, holy bond like some cheap contract you can just tear up and throw away the second things get tough.

Not really any more goofy than people running Him out of the Synagogue in His own home town because He told the truth. Christ was fairly adamant about the fact that your traditions and your religion won't save you .. only He could do that and they all tried to stone Him for it. If Christ were to come back in the same capacity that He came in 2,000 years ago, the organized religions of today would very most likely try to crucify Him all over again. The religious organizations of today are no different than the religious organizations of the day when Christ physically walked the earth .. the Pharisees and Sadducees were waiting for the Christ to come and walk among them and didn't recognize that He was right there in front of them .. modern Christians are waiting for Him to come back and don't realize that He's already here .. every day .. living inside of the elect .. already. Modern religion has blinded many to the truth just like the religious order of the day 2,000 years ago did .. nothing has changed.

I just had a deeply alarming 45 minute sync with our Talent Acquisition team regarding their new AI-driven resume screening tool.

They reported that the software's reduced our time-to-hire by 60% over the last month.

I asked them to walk me through the specific algorithmic parameters they established for filtering out unqualified applicants.

The HR manager smiled and said they just told the AI to optimize for digital natives with high runway potential and a youthful energy.

I stopped typing and asked her to run a demographic report on every single candidate the software's rejected since September.

The data showed a 100% rejection rate for any applicant who graduated college before the year 2010.

I explained that automating age discrimination doesn't make it suddenly legal, it just makes it highly scalable and incredibly easy to prove in court.

She seemed genuinely confused and argued that the AI made the decision, not her, so we're insulated from liability.

I had to explain that the EEOC doesn't currently accept the robot defense for federal civil rights violations.

I'm currently drafting a memo to halt all hiring until we manually review 4,000 resumes.
