@PalmPayBusiness @palmpay_ng This action is not only deceptive, it borders on fraudulent behavior. It is unethical for your system to override a saved recipient's account bank with a different bank name, especially when the transfer was initiated directly from the transaction history.

@PalmPayBusiness @palmpay_ng in my transaction history and to whom I’ve sent money over 50 times without issue. However, during the final step of the transaction, your system automatically replaced the saved recipient account with a Palmpay account, which I did not authorize or intend to send money to.
