@MsHodl Pour water over coffee in press, stir coffee suspended on top 4min after adding h2o, most will fall to bottom. Use spoon to remove floaty bits, let sit 5 min to let heavy particles settle. decant off gently. Check out @jimseven French press vid. Above all use fresh roasted coffee
