So sad to learn of death of Scott Hastings at just 61, taken far too early. Fantastic player for Scotland and British Lions. He leaves behind many happy memories. Condolences to the family. RIP

Just listened to @TodayR455639 programme interview with Farage. More of a cosy chat than the usual grilling of politicians. Very disappointed Farage needs to be placed under much greater scrutiny by mainstream media.

Whether or not you support the Assisted Dying Bill it is a disgrace that a small number of unelected peers should stymie the wishes of the elected House of Commons. It is high time this anachronistic institution was abolished.

Delighted to wske up to learn that Viktor Orban has been defeated in the Hungarian election. In a depressingly dangerous and volatile word this at least a good sign. Hopefully the world is finally waking up to the dangers of right wing populist autocrats.

Very sorry to hear of the death of Jesse Jackson. A great man. Stalwart of the civil rights movement in America and an inspirational advocate on the world stage. One of my political heroes. RIP.

No matter what you think of Keir Starmer he has brilliant on the international stage & been a real leader for the West. Do you honestly trust Farage, Davey or Polanski to deal with Trump, Xi Jinping or Putin? I don't & would be extremely worried if we had to rely on them.

We definitely don't need lectures from billionaire exiled tax payers domiciled in Monaco. Also someone who has received millions of tax payers money to subsidise his failing businesses. Perhaps he should sack all the foreign immigrant players at Man U. Absolute disgrace of a man.
