In-the-field interventions don’t come more timely than this: a lion treated for bite wounds before they turned septic. Listed as 'endangered' in Kenya, every big cat saved is critical. To date, 292 injured lions have been attended by our SWT/KWS Veterinary Initiative to date.
Strange yet wonderful creature of the day - the bush dog. They are from South & Central America, have webbed feet and smell like vinegar. Four of them, called Emilia, Isabella, Sofia, and Tiny Tim, have just arrived at Marwell Zoo. Photo courtesy of Yorkshire Wildlife Park.

People of #Maui#MauiFires I can not reach my Uncle. His name is Mark Stefl. He’s the only 7 foot dude on the island. He’s a well known tile contractor, avid bike rider and just an overall good human. Please help me find him.
