Over the weekend, I shared some photos of Northern Irish beach rocks I was trying to identify. Here they are in with, under flowing waves. After some Internet searching, I've discovered that my favorites are flint/chert.
Dors anyone know anything about beach rocks? These were picked up years ago from a beach on Belfast Lough, Northern Ireland. I yhonk some are agate, but I thought I came across another name for them once. (Tomorrow, I will share some photos of them on the beach.)
