@SajGoraya I had this same issue and by the time an agent got back to me it was too late (I'd already submitted a complaint by this time), all very frustrating. Received compensation yesterday.

Can't quite believe how shockingly bad my experience with NatWest has been so far. Started chatting with 'Cora' at 8am and still awaiting a 'colleague' @NatWest_Help Yes I definitely want to cancel switching accounts to you after this experience
@Midget100@NatWest_Help Never known anything like it, I was told when I spoke to an advisor by phone that the Cora chat was the only way of dealing with my issue. Absolute madness.
