As a company commander, I came in at 0500-1900 and that was 22yrs ago. I can only imagine how brutal would be managing time as a commanding general. Probably takes calls while taking a shit, let alone at the gym. A ranger coming out of ranger a knows shit about time managing or leadership.

I take that back. I was lazy and did not read the article—i assumed You were referring to PJ….indeed SOST, although not all, are are licensed MD ( other team members are nurses etc).
