@VodafoneUK Tried using the tool for the past 3 weeks now and it keeps crashing, tried to contact using webcam and it keeps crashing. Tried to ring and was in a queue for 40mins. Not doing too good on the support are you at the moment. Will try again tomorrow. 2 months left on my contract
