The outpouring of love from the community over Sam Neill's passing has been truly beautiful and heartbreaking. He inspired millions of people to take an interest in paleontology. Such a great actor and great man. Sam Neill left a wonderful legacy behind.

The Pharaoh. Spinosaurus aegyptiacus - a new private commission. The client requested that it be depicted as a shoreline ambush predator, rather than a more fully aquatic animal - a choice which very much fits with my own personal view of spinosaurus. (1/2)
