@British_Airways cancelled my family's flight. Wife and two young children stuck at Heathrow with absolutely no help from BA staff. I've been on hold to customer services for 30 mins with no response. Awful communication. Awful customer service.

@IAtherton @nicholadrummond The RN still use respirators, same as the other services. If serving in an area with high CBRN threat there is a requirement to be clean shaven. RN vessels escorting ships carrying Syrian chemical weapons for disposal springs to mind. No reason the army can't have beards.

@lawro28 @TheStoicSailor Agree. We've raised DASORs on my unit for this reasons. Lads aren't able to get a good night's sleep and are then expected to come in and work on aircraft.
