Man, the sales rep at @AirCanada that I just spoke with was awful. 45 min wait to speak with someone and a lame rep Answers. You are the front line to the airline so it is imperative you have a better attitude. Not everyone is built to provide excellent customer service.

This further substantiates my claim that @AviancaNAM is now subpar and an airline that does the minimum. @qatarairways please give them some lessons on first-class flight and customer service.

@AviancaNAM really is going crazy. They need to stop performing like spirit and frontier.Your systems were down when I tried to purchase a checked bag. Had to buy at airport $80 a bag 1 direction + $15 processing fee. Was not my fault you guys could not process the payment ln.
