That is also why I refuse to pay the 18% Mandatory tip that some places put on the bill. When the Server knows that they are getting a tip regardless of service level, The often don't even try.

@QueenAnticommie I am perfectly fine with that Tip, but Only if they do their job. If the only time I see them is to take my order and bring me the bill they likely won't get a Tip at all. If the Busboy does the work, then THEY get a Cash Tip from me, Not the Waiter/Waitress.
