I would like to know how #Kavanaugh would answer this : If a person could excuse themselves from the consequences of breaking the law, would you view that as being above the law? ... an indirect way of asking if the president can pardon himself.

I would like to see #Kavanaugh asked about Trump's statement.. Could the president stand in times square and shoot someone and 'not lose a vote'. Could #POTUS be prosecuted while in office? The follow up is where would you draw the line?
