@Boogily_Woogily @Portergauge From a player perspective, you already had the Cobalt Dragonhawk as a player mount. Which seems to be 100% High Elf colours (Blue and gold armour)

I totally appreciate there's tradeoffs, but the Shadowlands Dragons make the least sense of all the options? (IMO)

@Boogily_Woogily There's a lot of people who love Warcraft and care about the story and setting who are very annoyed right now, because the current PTR (March 2026) lorewise is just... wrong? Or a huge retcon. And for a company that SHOULD have Lore Bibles, this happens way too often it seems?

At the same time, there's a not unwarranted feeling of being ignored for a lot of folks, who DO raise mechanical and story/lore issues through PTR and get... nothing?

There's a lot of VERY unhappy, long term Warcraft (as in, WC3 and older) players who, rightly IMO, are questioning how the story can be getting lore So wrong.
