What Happened Last Night: Operation Midnight Hammer
While most of the world slept, the United States launched one of the most precise and devastating military operations in modern history, and Iran never saw it coming.
Here’s what unfolded:
125+ U.S. aircraft took part in the strike
Seven B-2 Spirit stealth bombers flew an 18-hour mission with multiple refuelings
They dropped 14 Massive Ordnance Penetrators (MOPs) on Iran’s underground nuclear sites at Fordow and Natanz.
At the same time, a U.S. submarine launched more than 24 Tomahawk missiles at surface targets in Esfahan
Decoy bombers flew west as the real strike force slipped in from the east
Iran’s defenses? Silent. No radar locks. No interceptors. No missiles fired.
The entire mission was executed with surgical precision by multiple U.S. commands: Cyber, Strategic, Space, European, CENTCOM, and more, all with near-zero communication.
General Razin Caine summed it up:
“No other military in the world could have done this.”
Iran’s top nuclear sites are no longer operational.
This was American airpower at its absolute peak.
America’s B-2 bombers struck deep inside Iran undetected. Not a single radar ping, no fighter response, no shots fired.
Joint Chiefs Chair Caine called it flawless:
“No other military in the world could have done this.”
Decoy bombers flew west while the real ones went east, preserving total surprise.
