Sources: Western Michigan is expected to hire Richmond offensive coordinator Billy Cosh as the school’s new OC. Richmond scored 31.3 ppg this year and finished Top 25 in the FCS in total offense, passing offense and passing efficiency running Cosh’s Air Raid.
