@rachallison1 I have enjoyed using AI to help with my gym routines. I also get a lot of gym routine ideas from Instagram. I like AI because I can ask based on what I have in the gym or a specific type of workout (push/pull, chest/arms/back) and then can further refine from initial recs

@allie__voss Yep! When you're young you simply have no concept about how healthy habits will benefit you so much when your body is not nearly as young as it is now. Fall risk alone feels like a good reason to lift in middle age. I only started seeing the wisdom of this around age 40
