We’re SICK TO FUCKING DEATH of men thinking they have a right to women’s bodies, witches.

And today, we’re gonna do something about it.

This one is a doozy. Here’s the back story.

Cheralyn Darcey is a presenter on Newcastle’s 2HD radio station, part of the Super Radio Network. She hosts “The Nightline” from 8pm to midnight every evening, a show syndicated across the country including 2SM. And last week, she won the “Best New Talent” gong at the Australian Audio Awards. And she does all this to a background of a myriad of pale-stale-male bosses and co-workers.

So as happens all-too-fucking regularly, her own General Manager - a complete fucker by the name of Guy Ashford - spoiled her moment by committing what looks like a sexual assault as she came on stage. By all accounts Cheralyn was upset and soon disappeared, apparently in tears.

So while we’re completing the necessary work to start our next bigger campaign soon, we’re also starting a new one right now. Because while Guy Ashford has apparently been “suspended” by management (usually code for “lie low till the heat dies down, mate”) he has NOT yet been sacked.

WHY THE FUCK NOT?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO WATCH A VIDEO TO ASCERTAIN WHAT HAPPENED HERE, AND DO SOMETHING RIGHT?

Well, as we said we’ve had ENOUGH. And 2HD and the entire Super Radio Network better consider themselves warned. Unless they take appropriate action and accountability FAST for what that prick did to Cheralyn last week, we’ll start listing and boycotting advertisers on some of their shows. We can’t stand them anyway as they broadcast that other fucker Chris Smith (whose behaviour you can read about here: https://t.co/KHWpWJlvZ5), so trust us when we say we will GO HARD.

Yep, we know it’s unusual to start a boycott campaign on the same network Cheralyn also broadcasts on. But in this instance we have little choice. We want witches to ask the advertisers we list to transfer ALL their ad funding to Cheralyn’s show instead of spreading it across the whole station, and we hope they will. What’s more, if this station ignores our boycott we’ll consider spreading the campaign to the entire Super Radio Network as soon as we can. A pic of some of the shows we’ll target is in our first comment, and there will be many many more once we get the campaign fully on stream. They can bank on it.
