@MartinSLewis had ongoing dispute with @ScottishPower since Nov20. They’re charging me based on dual rate when I have a single rate meter & they won’t provide me with details on what I am owed back. Seem to get hit with big bills from them but they won’t resolve issue #PleaseHelp

@sainsburys Personally I don’t think that’s a good policy, as what if you don’t have a ��home store’ you regularly shop at? What if the card is lost within a customers ‘home store’ the points could still try to be claimed? Screenshot from your website - something could have been done..
@nectar policy to redeem points by getting help from an assistant if you haven’t been to that @sainsburys recently, clearly doesn’t work! Tried today @ Derby Kingsway store. Supervisor couldn’t be bothered to help. Questioned why points can’t be used, she walked off mid-convo! 😡
@sainsburys Thanks for coming back. Tbh I couldn’t get her name as she walked off mid-way through as she clearly didn’t know what to do or want to help. We had spent £135 in store and I had over £40 of points to use. It was around 3pm today if that’s of any help and it was a Supervisor.
