IRIAM streamer friends, what's one goal you want to achieve?
And are you willing to work really hard towards it for 3-4 months?
I may have a little idea...! (โ ไบบโ ย โ โขอโ แดโ โขอโ )
Please tell me! Pleasepleaseplease!!
@boujee_lemonade I experienced runner's high and was so wowed... (โ เนโ โกโ โโ โกโ เนโ )
I don't like goooooing to the gym but I like feeling refreshed! If you make it the last big thing you do in a day, you get rewarded with yummy food, a warm shower, and pajamas! (โ ย โ โโ โฟโ โโ ย โ )โ โก
It's never too late!
Do some stretches in bed! Sit up and roll your shoulders. Try to touch your toes. Reach up really high!! Roll your wrists!
You can do that all from bed, and it's a little boost. Leave a curtain open, if you can! :D
Milk (plant milk or not), eggs, oranges, and breakfast cereals have a good amount of Vitamin D too! And if you can, take some magnesium before bed. It helps you get a good amount of sleep.
I'm rooting for you! Baby steps! Even just a little stretch, a peek at the sun, and a handful of cereal can give you a little boost!
Ganbare!! (โ ๏พโ โโ ใฎโ โโ )โ ๏พโ *โ .โ โง
@razaldia I found out that running increases your Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor, which helps build new brain cells and promotes neuroplasticity. That's so โผ๏ธโผ๏ธโผ๏ธโผ๏ธ
So you're telling me that I will have 100% more dopamine AND I can learn more???
(โ โโ ๏ฝกโ โโ )โ !!!!!! AMAZING!!!!!
@Merri_Mellow Exercise (โ โฏโ ๏ธตโ โฐโ ,โ )
The doctors were right!
I've been taking my vitamin D and letting in natural light and having a fixed bedtime too!
It's... Working?!?!?
It's *gulp* exercise. I went for a run and was so dopamine-filled that I felt like I saw the sun for the first time (โ โโ โฝโ โโ )
That, taking vitamin D, and having a fixed bedtime (everyone hates that part!)
I think a really big struggle for people is finding motivation to go to the gym! So you have to trick your brain a little and make it as easy as possible. Gym clothes already picked out, shoes by the door, water bottle in the fridge the night before. So all you have to do is get up and go! Sleeping in gym clothes (if it's comfortable) could add even less friction!
