@thriftycars So…we just tried to pick up our prepaid car and they didn’t have it, but offered to upgrade us for $75 to get our car now instead of waiting three hours for our car. @thriftycars keeps finding new ways to alienate customers. National just gained a new customer. #rentalcarscam

@united Upright is right. Today, United randomly moved my premium seat to a middle, non-reclining seat…and split me up from my partner. No notice until I was boarding. They put a United staffer in my original seat. That’s some premium customer service, @United 🤷‍♂️

@Lufthansa_USA though they are selling seats for the earlier flights on their website. They sold us a ticket for a flight they cancelled, then refused to provide a flight that would let us make our connecting flight in time. If you’ve experienced this from Lufthansa, let me know. #boycott
