PLEASE DON’T STOP AFTER A FEW.

There are still A LOT of creators who were wrongfully terminated or made a mistake that shouldn’t cost them their entire channel, INCLUDING ME.

We are not perfect. WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES. One mistake shouldn’t mean losing our channels without a warning or a chance at correction.

PLEASE KEEP REVIEWING PEOPLE.

I’ve seen people who commented under my posts a lot finally start coming back after getting their cases reviewed.

I’M HAPPY FOR THEM. HAPPY CREATORS = HAPPY PLATFORM.

I’ve even seen YouTube recently give back a SECOND, BIGGER CHANNEL while the creator’s original channel stayed terminated.

THAT GAVE ME A LITTLE HOPE BECAUSE MY SITUATION IS VERY SIMILAR.

My original channel had the mistake. MY SECOND PRE EXISTING CHANNEL WAS 100% CLEAN and I built it from 0 TO 39,297 SUBSCRIBERS with tons of clean, original content before it was terminated for circumvention.

You have NO CARE FOR YOUR CREATORS ANYMORE.

Your CEO doesn’t give a shit about the problems creators are constantly telling you about. CREATORS TELL YOU WHAT’S BROKEN, AND YOU IGNORE IT.

But when it comes to shit NOBODY ASKED FOR, suddenly you’re there making changes and making things harder for creators.

HOW THE FUCK DOES THAT MAKE SENSE?

YouTube tells creators to CONTACT YOUTUBE SUPPORT if you have questions or concerns.

I DID.

I contacted YOUR OWN SUPPORT TEAM, followed exactly what they told me, and I LOST EVERYTHING BECAUSE OF IT.

YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM LIES AND DECEIVES CREATORS, THEN WHEN THEY GET PUNISHED LIKE ME, YOU DON’T FUCKING CARE.

My first channel was removed after 5 days of CTA videos where I told subscribers who already played the Roblox game that they could follow me on Roblox if they needed help.

That was my ROOKIE MISTAKE. IT WAS NO HARM.

You removed a clean year-old channel with NO WARNING.

After that, I contacted YouTube Support because I had a terminated channel and needed to know what I was allowed to do next.

I asked 5 TIMES ACROSS 2 DIFFERENT CHATS. I was told that as long as my other channels weren’t linked to the terminated email/channel, I was fine.

I STILL DIDN’T UNDERSTAND WHAT “LINKED” MEANT BECAUSE I WAS A YOUNG KID WHO HAD ONLY STARTED MAKING YOUTUBE CONTENT IN JANUARY 2025.

So I asked one more time:

“SO AS LONG AS MY TERMINATED EMAILS CHANNEL ISN’T LINKED TO MY OTHER CHANNELS, AM I FINE?”

THEY SAID YES. THAT’S CORRECT.

So I listened to YOUTUBE’S OWN SUPPORT TEAM.

I moved over to a channel I had already created BEFORE MY ORIGINAL CHANNEL WAS TERMINATED. It had 0 subscribers and 0 videos when I started using it.

From DECEMBER 5TH TO MAY 13TH, I built that channel from 0 TO 39,297 SUBSCRIBERS AND 10 MILLION VIEWS.

TONS OF CLEAN, ORIGINAL CONTENT. MY VOICE. MY COMMUNITY. NO VIOLATIONS.

Then MAY 13TH, 2026.

YouTube had a verified platform outage. I normally uploaded around 5:40 AM, but YouTube was down. Every upload attempt froze as an UNTITLED VIDEO.

I kept retrying for about 20 MINUTES. AROUND 14 UPLOAD ATTEMPTS.

Then my 40K CHANNEL WAS TERMINATED FOR CIRCUMVENTION.

I DID WHAT YOUR OWN SUPPORT TEAM TOLD ME TO DO.

And I got punished for it.

CIRCUMVENTION MEANS BYPASSING A TERMINATION. I WASN’T TRYING TO BYPASS ANYTHING. I WENT DIRECTLY TO YOUTUBE AND ASKED FOR HELP.

Your own Support team gave me the answer.

YOUR TEAM WAS WRONG. I PAID THE PRICE.

For 4 months, I have been showing the SUPPORT CHATS, THE OUTAGE, THE TIMELINE, THE CLEAN HISTORY, AND THE GROWTH.

STILL NO REAL HUMAN REVIEW.

Then you took 40K SUBSCRIBERS, 10 MILLION VIEWS, MONTHS OF WORK, AND AN ENTIRE COMMUNITY away from me.

यहीं पर असली खेल शुरू होगा। जैसे मान लो, हमारे ग्रुप से पूजा, सीमा, ममता या रोहित जैसे नाम वाले अकाउंट्स हैं, वे उस मुख्य कमेंट के नीचे आपस में इस तरह से बातचीत शुरू करेंगे ताकि पूरी दुनिया को एक असली और गंभीर बहस दिखे:
​कोई पूछेगा: "क्या सच में तुम्हारे पास कोई सबूत है?"
​जवाब मिलेगा: "हाँ, बिल्कुल है! पिछले 6 महीनों से हमने एक-एक डेटा और सबूत जुटाया है।"

​मीडिया की मजबूरी: बड़े-बड़े न्यूज चैनल्स और पत्रकारों की नजरें हमेशा ऐसे ट्रेंडिंग कमेंट्स पर टिकी होती हैं। जब वे देखेंगे कि डिजिटल तानाशाही और क्रिएटर्स के हक पर इतनी बड़ी बात सबूतों के साथ उठ रही है, तो मीडिया खुद ब खुद इस खबर को उठाने के लिए मजबूर हो जाएगा।
​सरकारी संस्थाओं तक पहुँच: जब बात नेशनल लेवल पर पब्लिक के बीच गूंजेगी, तो सरकार और आईटी मंत्रालय से जुड़े लोगों की नजर भी इस पर जाएगी। यही वो शॉर्टकट है जिससे हमारी आवाज सीधे सिस्टम के कानों तक पहुँचेगी।

CREATORS NEED WARNINGS.

You are not keeping YOUTUBE safe by removing channels every day like you claim.

Instead, you’re destroying communities and removing the people who make the PLATFORM WATCHABLE.

You say you want creators who keep viewers watching yet you can permanently remove those same creators over a mistake without giving them a chance to learn from it.

If someone makes a mistake that does not AFFECT a user in any way, GIVE THEM A DAMN WARNING and a chance to fix it.

Everyone on YouTube has made mistakes. Some get warnings. Some get strikes. Others get PERMANENTLY REMOVED on a first violation and are basically told to fuck off and never come back because of the circumvention policy.

WHY?

In my case, I understand the violation came from the 5 days when I posted a shit ton of CTA Shorts telling viewers they could follow me on Roblox for help.

I genuinely had NO CLUE that doing that could violate YouTube’s rules.

But I also had a completely CLEAN 11-MONTH HISTORY.

NO WARNING.
NO STRIKE.
NO COMMUNITY GUIDELINES VIOLATIONS.

Then those 5 days of CTA Shorts got me BANNED FOR LIFE over something MINOR.

MY SECOND CHANNEL SHOWS EXACTLY WHY A WARNING WOULD HAVE FIXED MY MISTAKE IMMEDIATELY.

If YouTube had warned me on my first channel, I would have stopped posting those CTA Shorts or removed them immediately.

Instead, I was terminated right away and never got that chance.

If you never give people a chance to correct their mistakes, then what’s the point of pointing creators to the Community Guidelines after they’ve already been punished?

HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO LEARN IF YOU NEVER GIVE US A CHANCE TO FIX WHAT WE DID WRONG?

And there’s another part of this that makes the situation even worse.

I had NO IDEA my second channel was violating the circumvention policy.

I had previously contacted YouTube Support and received information that led me to believe I could continue building that channel. If YouTube Support itself gives creators incorrect or incomplete information about its own policies, how are creators supposed to understand what they’re actually allowed to do?

That information led me to keep building my second channel only for YouTube to eventually REMOVE THAT CHANNEL TOO.

And everything I’m saying about my case, I HAVE PROOF OF.

Screenshots. Messages. Emails. Everything.

But for some reason, I still can’t get an actual HUMAN to look at my case.

I have the evidence. I have the history. I have the explanations.

I JUST NEED SOMEONE TO ACTUALLY LOOK AT IT.

So why wasn’t there a warning?

Why wasn’t there a strike?

Why weren’t the CTA Shorts simply removed?

Why not Advanced Features removal or even a temporary suspension?

Why did it go straight to “GET OFF YOUTUBE” permanently and then result in EVERYTHING I BUILT being taken away?

The event is LONG OVER. Those CTA videos are DEAD. I’m not doing that anymore.

I didn’t force anyone to leave YouTube.
I didn’t scam anyone.
I didn’t deceive anyone.

My viewers were simply being told they could follow me on Roblox for help.

HOW does telling someone to follow me on Roblox make my channel UNSAFE to users?

I know YouTube has the right to enforce its policies. I understand that.

But if someone isn’t doing something that is SEVERELY UNSAFE for users, why are they being banned for LIFE?

Creators need a chance to LEARN from their mistakes.

A warning could have taught me the rule without destroying YEARS of work.

Give creators a chance to understand the rules BEFORE you destroy everything they’ve built.
