IBD mimics by Dr Laura Lamps @USGIPS@TheUSCAP#uscap2019: be aware all sorts of meds and critters can simulate IBD (including immune checkpoint inhibitors), chemo therapy can mimic dysplasia, amoebas can mimic macrophages (trichrome and cd68 can help).
