IBD mimics by Dr Laura Lamps @USGIPS @TheUSCAP #uscap2019: be aware all sorts of meds and critters can simulate IBD (including immune checkpoint inhibitors), chemo therapy can mimic dysplasia, amoebas can mimic macrophages (trichrome and cd68 can help).

I admit to being a "closet" p53 user....maybe I shouldn't. This patient had LSBE with single focus of HGD with aberrant p53 loss.
