Free will doesn't exist.

Freedom to make choices inside God's sovereign will does.

Created beings are bound to their creator. Decisions can't possibly come to be outside of the One who made choosing them possible. All of which happens inside the timeline He has created, exist in every part of at the same time, and determined its beginning and end.

Every example of a decision you listed falls under a sovereign fully determined ultimate plan that God has already established. This is what makes Him God and not us.

The Bible indeed teaches this from Genesis to Revelation. So, no the Bible doesn't collapse without free will because it clearly shows God's freedom to establish His will in all things that come to pass.

Either Jesus died for the sins of all, or he did not.

If he did, then salvation must in principle be available to all who freely accept Jesus. If salvation is only available to those whom God predestined from the beginning of the world, then it is not open to all. In that case, it makes no sense to say the Jesus died for the sins of all. This is the core problem with the Calvinist doctrine of predestination.
