@DrOakley1689 Regarding authority, I’ve been struggling with who, in our Protestant system, has the final say when declaring a doctrine a dogma. In deed some authority has to declare, after reading and thinking about the scriptures, certain doctrines, e.g., the Trinity, to be dogma.

@chuckswindoll How about starting with the idea of not bringing conflict into the church in the first place, Mr. Swindoll, e.g., allowing heretics to perform concerts in God’s house.
