@jonkellerdev You may be picking up on the game's unique lighting engine. Since this isn't UE5, i had read they use their own raytraced planar interpolation, and it behaves quite uniquely.
@chromaspring When you get to the point that you're doing things requiring blender not being free, you should be getting paid for that time. Nothing in blender is broken, but if you're requiring more 'efficiency', you're looking at it from a productivity viewpoint, not a bottom-line viewpoint

@scottjohnson The letters in between are usually a reference to the situation .. between H and L -> "JK" (just kidding"), T and U -> Y ("why?"), etc..
@DarnellTheGeek@Rainmaker1973 yeah, that surprised me. In Canada most residential homes swing inwards for that reason (also the hinges are safer inside). Public places still swing out for safety reasons (crowds)

@KenFromChicago@scottjohnson You can't legally get a patent if there's a prior design existing when you patent it. So it would be able to be challenged if someone were to use the same technique. In this case, Scott is saying the technique already had been used, so the patent is meaningless.
