@Eyuphuro@opensourcefeed We are considering starting a beta program possibly at the end of this year. If / when we do we will keep you in mind for an invite if you'd like.
@Eyuphuro@opensourcefeed Thank you for all of your suggestions, we will take them all into consideration. User feedback is valuable to us and what's helped get RefreshOS where it is today. If you have any other suggestions or questions, feel free to reach out to us using the Contact link on our website.
@Eyuphuro@opensourcefeed Debian is solely a base that we build off of. We are then expanding up off of that but we have different philosophies and while we appreciate all of their work we are not tied to Debian and they aren't tied to us nor will we ever be.
Thanks again for your feedback!
@Eyuphuro@opensourcefeed Supporting upstream distros is important for sure, when a team is able. Debian package team consists of 1,000+ members while our team is a micro fraction of that. In growing we will be able to contribute more.
Thank you for your input!
@Eyuphuro@opensourcefeed Custom repositories are part of our model in the next release, giving us the ability to provide more up to date packages alongside the already existing Debian ones, as well as a wider selection of apps. The primary focus for RefreshOS 2 has been establishment, no we can expand 🙂

Happy you're enjoying the system and we're already working on RefreshOS 3.0 that will be based on Debian 13. Pictures and official release information will be available in a couple of months.
Thank you again!
