@AirCanada Are there representatives at Toronto Pearson international airport to help rescheduling outbound flights to Europe and the UK because of COVID-19?

Air Canada website only gives an option to cancel.

@AirCanada I'm scheduled to fly tonight and have tried to reschedule for the last 48hrs but cannot get through on the phone. Why offer rescheduling that is not possible online?

Please assist!
