Since my coding teacher vanished without a trace (I hope he's alive) this project needs an RE2 coder. If you wanna help finish this project let me know. Meanwhile I've been working on a different game: an 8bit-zombie adventure. Here are some of the sprites to give you an idea. :)

Just a short update on our progress. Green = done, Yellow = halfway-done, Gray = not done. If you wanna support us we still need a voice actor for Barry, we need more skinners/modelers for the enemies and support on SCD enemies and cut scenes. Be part of this game and help us :-)

@3lricM @Jamesco52777863 I don't think adding some items and zombies to rooms is such a big deal. The only real difficulty about it is probably the bosses. But what do I know? I never saw anyone do it before.

@Jamesco52777863 I was planning to do various types of zombies with different abilities first and later a mode where you have all types of RE enemies. But there arent that many RE2 coders and they are all busy with their own projects so I was super lucky that I had found one who teaches me.

@NotUrKindOfPPL It is a mod, meaning it is based on the original game and then its files are modified with a couple of tools that are available online.

I've been working a bit more on other projects recently. Some important translation work and some language tutorials. So I'm not working as hardcore on the rooms as before but this is the current progress. Green finished, yellow half-finished, pink still needs the graphics.

@3lricM This is halted until we have our freedom back. We're in the middle of a revolution against a tyrannical regime and we have no time or energy to spend on games. When I don't have to worry for survival anymore I will work on games again.

@Pete085 @Crimson_Head I felt like RE2R was a proper remake. Not without its flaws but mostly a great rework of RE2. RE3R felt like a demo.
