Happy Birthday Irene Tasker! She was born 19 December 1887 and lived an amazing life, esp. for a woman of her time.
Here is Walter Carrington’s toast at Tasker’s 80th b-day dinner in 1967 (in: R. Stratil, ‘Irene Tasker: Her Life and Work with the Alexander Technique’, p. 345).
