@BronwynMcc97909 Yes. First I spent 45 minutes waiting. Someone from Scotland answered and said I'd come through to wrong department. He put me through to the 'right' department, which was the exact same @shell options menu I started from. I haven't built up the patience to try again. Work alot.
Never use the @Shell Go+ Rewards app. Shell first stole 100 quid off me 36 days ago. Then they stole another 100 quid 4 days ago. My bank wants me to get written comfirmation from Shell that they'll return the money and by what date before they refund my money.
@TaraBull Someone should take this, run it through AI, but with the audio coming from a member of the public as he removes the commonplace, non-related to policing stickers that promote various sexual persuasions from police cars.
@CostaCoffee And this is me being fobbed off basically. This is "If you're not happy why didn't you mention it in store?"
It really is mind. Fobbed off. So sick of you lot.
Look at this @CostaCoffee ... you pay 6 quid for a coffee but they only fill it like 70%. Got a feeling they've put the wrong stuff in too. It's bloody disgraceful like. The only solution seems to be to stand there and watch their every move.
@CostaCoffee ... Not to mention the extra time that would take. With queuing and remaking the coffee I'd be looking at 15 minutes. Well I get 15 minutes off work a day, and that's already been used up with the coffee that wasn't made right. Honestly don't have time to going in twice.
@CostaCoffee .. another member of staff incorrectly. This is pretty much without fail it's so frustrating. You can see them whispering to each other, almost positive that the specfics have been miscommunicated and typically have to interject so that the original request isn't changed somehow
@CostaCoffee I didn't. I only discover what's gone wrong when I've driven away. But frankly taking your order in the first place seems like a major effort for staff half the time. And many of these problems are because it's chinese whispers, with the person taking my order relaying it to...

@coopuk I wish you'd stock real, local honey instead of the six versions of fake honey flavoured syrup you offer. You're giving people the impression you couldn't give a toss about health.
@coopuk Here's just a glimpse at some of the degenerate concepts that Coop is promoting to our children with their lunatic DEI endeavours. In this case, their using celebrities to try and attract new business, or something (not entirely sure).
@Coop_Foundation Like, seriously seriously bad. As in, it probably couldn't be worse. I've a feeling that they're gonna carry on with those they've put in charge of how they present to the world and that DEI protocols will carry on being upheld. What a let down.
@Coop_Foundation It's easier now and drivers are more emotive than they've ever been. Yet, here we are: 'Lil Baby' is being promoted and the posts where Coop try to ride off the fame of degenerates like him get approximately four likes and about 2k impressions with a 200k following. That's bad.
Came to X to give feedback to the @coopuk Re how awful their latest TV advert is. But then I come in and see what they're posting about on here. They're desperately trying to use degenerates like lady GaGa to gain relevance and the numbers are terrifyingly bleak.
