@TehhUnique @drewlevin @Arongor_ The guy Drew qrted seems to just want to stomp on lower elos, and the insanely long waiting time for normal games is to avoid matching peoples with high normal games mmr against lower elo players which would lead to an unpleasant experience for them (or so i think)

When you win too many normal games in a row, your mmr gets insanely high which leads to higher queue times, the only way for me to play in a casual way (with a short waiting time) is through aram / mayhem

I think if you are smurfing you should be strongly punished if you showcase any toxic behaviors
