At 7:14 on a Tuesday morning in 2050, Mara received a notification that would have sounded ridiculous to her grandmother.
𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘩𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘴𝘧𝘦𝘳.
She was standing barefoot in the kitchen, waiting for coffee, staring at the small apartment she had spent eleven years paying for.
Sunlight came through the smart glass above the sink. Her basil plant needed water. Somewhere downstairs, a delivery drone was complaining to the building about an obstructed landing lane.
Mara opened her wallet.
There it was.
One digital asset represented the apartment beneath her feet.
Its token contained the property's registered ownership, financing history, maintenance obligations, insurance status and the rights attached to the building.
The government registry, her bank, and the building's automated systems recognized it.
She wasn't looking at a JPEG pretending to be a house.
She was looking at the house.
And that distinction had changed almost everything.

i wasn't in toronto for @solana summit canada.
but i kept watching what came out of it.
what stood out wasn't the stage.
it was the community...the people building, helping and showing up for each other.
so i made this video on what they're about and the culture that holds them together...
...the next one will be greater so you don't want to miss it.

Coinbase is the other half, because that is how you reach people who will never open a crypto app.
A cup of coffee can be more than just coffee.
Sometimes it’s a small way to support someone whose work you enjoy, encourage a creator you believe in, or simply let them know their work is appreciated.
That’s the little idea behind Coffee On Me, turning a simple coffee into a simple way to show some love. ☕️

@e_mnaas@KiiChainio Most businesses already know money arrives before it has to leave.
The harder part is watching that balance properly until the calendar date arrives.
That is the piece this conversation actually puts on the table.
The custom currency thing is what a lot of people will miss if they only read the tip part.
Flipcash isn’t only a place to receive Moony.
You can spin up a currency for your own people, name it, design it, and let others find it.
That’s more social than a normal wallet, as long as folks still look before they send.
