@VodafoneIN Went to the vodafone customer service store in Ghatkopar East and had the best experience, professional, organized and Nilesh the manager knew exactly what was needed and was very helpful...hopefully the sim gets activated soon.

Dear @Airtel_Presence ive been losing my mind over the shit service ive had past month. No signal, no data and no response from customer service. The store reps are useless too. I wish to move my no. to @VodafoneIN because this is crazy!

@airtelindia So strange that my 4G worked on roaming in himachal but doesn't work in Mumbai!!!!! Fastest network promise #bullshit this is crazy how nothing is working none of my calls go through easily either. customer service is of 0 help! Specially the store they have useless responses

@JayGkar @jetairways I got on a call finally post a long wait. Apparently the charges are waivered only if the flight is delayed by 2hrs or more or if the flight is delayed
