A grand musical-theatrical tribute to the cinematic legacy of Urdu poets, written and directed by Huma Khalil.

In Sufism, Allah-Hu is the ultimate chant of divine presence. Allah represents the ultimate creator, while Hu means "He" or the absolute essence beyond names. By repeating this phrase, a Sufi quietens the ego to realize that nothing exists except the Divine, finding ecstatic union through pure love.

Remembering Ram Prasad Bismil (1897-1927) on his birth anniversary. A prominent Indian revolutionary, poet, and freedom fighter who played a key role in India's struggle for independence. Born in Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh, he was one of the founders of the Hindustan Republican Association (HRA) and is best known for his involvement in the Kakori Conspiracy Case (1925), where he and his comrades looted a British government train to fund the revolutionary movement.
Bismil was also a talented poet who wrote patriotic verses in Hindi and Urdu under the pen name "Bismil".

Captured by the British, he was sentenced to death and hanged on December 19, 1927, in Gorakhpur Jail. His sacrifice remains an inspiration in India's freedom movement.

Syed Aal-e-Raza ‘Raza’ (1896–1978) stands as one of the most influential names in Urdu literature, celebrated as a prominent poet who completely mastered the unique poetic idiom of Lucknow. Born on June 10, 1896, his life was entirely devoted to the beauty and linguistic purity of the language. After refining his early ghazals under the close guidance of his teacher, Aarzu Lakhnavi, he later brought this exact structural precision to the heavy, emotional depth of Marsiya writing with unmatched dedication. His greatest legacy was carrying this historic poetic form across borders in 1948, where he single-handedly introduced and built a thriving new community for the tradition, a monumental effort reflected in his major published collections like Nawa-e-Raza, Ghazal-e-Mualla, and Marasi-e-Raza. Decades after his passing, his timeless work continues to command immense respect across the literary world.
