Maybe he rushed his return so as to be ready from the playoffs but his overall body of work is another IR stint waiting to happen.

@Gubloinvestor I too was going to transfer my portfolio to WS and even had the 3% transfer bonus but passed when I saw how they handled certain clients who experienced fraud. At least a bank will cover you if it wasn’t your fault.

@Gubloinvestor Seems that WS does not offer an internet security guarantee like Questrade does, namely if your account gets hacked thru no fault of your own & funds go missing, I understand WS is not obligated to make you whole.

Will WS offer you the same protection against fraud than a bank?

Once you have them, send a demand letter (on your own or via an attorney) asking her to cease or else you’ll sue in small claims.
