The backend is near production ready. Next step is real store testing to validate cross border reliability and merchant usability with real devices.

We are building NFC-enabled store support next: tap a tag, authorize with wallet limits, and send crypto-backed payments that can settle once connectivity is restored. SMS remains the base fallback for low-connectivity regions.

RelayZero is shipping a stricter spending model: per payment caps, daily caps, lifetime caps, and fee ceilings are enforced before every SMS payment. Inspired by allowance-style wallet controls from YC-era projects, every spend is pre-authorized and bounded in policy, with on-chain reconciliation. @useallowance

We fixed a rollout issue on relayzero : SMS onboarding briefly returned ACCOUNT_ORIGIN_INVALID because origin trust was still pointed at only one old domain. We now allow relayzero with exact-origin policy and kept all security in place: browser encrypted keys, WebAuthn-bound recovery, signed SMS intents, one-time YES approvals, and hard spend caps.
