Just some writer who likes Sonic (and robots lmao)

In regards to this, I think modern Spongebob is great. It has a different kind of charm from early Spongebob and I still love it. Those who haven't watched it and hate on it literally are comparing it to stuff they probably haven't watched in FOREVER. Meanwhile, I am content ☺️.
It's like every week a new modern spongebob clip rolls around, people who never actually bother watching the new seasons and giving the a fair shot go "wow, this shit is ass, this show fell off"
Rinse and repeat
Short answer? BookTok has tainted it. Longer answer? This problem is definitely more tailored to YA originally, but I feel like fantasy (which is not my favorite genre anyhow) is getting attacked by stuff like BookTok and other similar sources. It's sad honestly.
at the library. why is every new book called “a crown of knives and glass” or “the candlestick maker’s daughter” or “the last rose blooms at dusk” or “the fractured fragments of our souls”
it’s so normalized to use ai or just bullshit your way through college now that when i tried to tell a professor that the documentary she’d assigned was locked behind a paywall, she told me it must just be a me problem because “the other students are all referencing it”
