Right now, I’m thinking of the most amazing football fan, who is sadly no longer with us, the lovely Kim ‘Ratbag’ Walster a legendary #NCFC football fan. Kim was amazing & communicated with me about football & her love for Notts County FC. She should have been at Wembley today 😢

Congratulations Notts County, winning the EFL 2 Play Off Final v Salford & promotion to EFL 1 next season.

Commiserations to ex-CTFC defender Luke Garbutt of Salford, on a Play Off Final losing side twice, in 2012 & 2026, but did celebrate as a winner with Blackpool in 2021.

Some Cheltenham Town fans watching League 2 Play Off Final between Notts County & Salford, might recall 27 May 2012 Final between #CTFC & Crewe Alexander. An interesting fact that day was CTFC’s number 19 was a defender called Luke Garbutt; he will be getting Deja Vu right now.
