Humanitarian Outreach for Internally Displaced Persons with Disabilities (IDPs) On 29 July 2026, the Relief Centre for the Welfare of Differently Abled Persons Manipur conducted a humanitarian outreach programme at the IDP Relief Camp, Sajiwa Jail Campus, Imphal East.

Community Outreach & Counselling Program at Langmeidong Maning Makha Leikai, Kakching. The visit focused on community-based support, counselling, and interaction with local residents to understand the needs and challenges faced by persons with disabilities and their families.

The team from the Relief Center for the Welfare of Differently Abled Persons Manipur attended the Inception Programme for NoDe (North East Organizational Development for Empowerment), organized by SESTA (Seven Sisters Development Assistance) in Guwahati.

📌 Home-Based Counselling Programme Under the leadership of our Chief Functionary, our team visited Master Yaiphaba, who has been diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy since 2019. Due to the family’s lack of awareness and education, he has not yet received a Disability Certificate.
