@BlizzardCS
Dear Blizzard Support Team,
My https://t.co/XEWAYv2EQ9 account [email protected] was recently banned due to a violation of the End User License Agreement (EULA) regarding third-party software. I am writing to appeal this decision and explain the situation.
1. The Incident:
I am a long-time player (since Overwatch 1). Recently, while playing Diablo IV, I suffered from repetitive strain injury (RSI) in my arm due to continuous right-clicking. To alleviate the pain, I mistakenly used an outdated macro tool called "Quick Macro" (last updated in 2014) strictly to simulate holding down the right mouse button.
2. Acknowledgement:
I now fully understand that even if used only for convenience and not for cheating/botting, any third-party software that automates game input violates the Terms of Service. I have since uninstalled the software completely and will never use it again.
3. Account History & Request:
No Malicious Intent: I did not use it to AFK farm, exploit, or modify game memory. I was actively playing and controlling the character manually.
Legitimate Account: This is my personal account with years of legitimate purchases (including recent Diablo IV DLC and shop items).
Request: I sincerely request a manual review of my case. I understand the need for strict anti-cheat measures, but I hope my lack of malicious intent and the minor nature of the tool used can be considered. I would be grateful for a second chance to play fairly.
Thank you for your time and understanding
