Man, the greatest issue is that people are scared. They're scared that their voice won't be heard. They're scared that when the fire is away, those who spoke up will face retribution. Unless you address that underlying fear, these problems won't go away.

This a system-wide failure. I don't think its reasonable to expect instantaneous results. However, offering half-assed solutions made in under 24 hours without addressing the variety failures made by facility is an abhorrent failure (5/5)

1. Ignorance of abusive, predatory, and racist actions taken by current staff members (Fallis, AC, etc.) Not only should these matters be investigated, (1/5)

5. And when they addressed racism itself, they had to include a line about how they've done well to instill the teachings of God. Like you can't NOT pat yourself on your back for even a second. (4/5)
