@olamoney_in@bhash Ola Postpaid and Ola money is a bigger joke. No support whatsoever for transaction related issues. For a ride postpaid deducted money and wasn't reflecting on driver app. Ended up paying to the driver again. No refund. Charged extra 100 for late fee.

@WakefitCo That's clearly not the case. This happened twice, you were quick to make amends on the first. But this time I've seen clear flaws in your system. First your delivery boys denied to take back the product right then and there. And now you guys are harassing us with this process.
Having spent over 1lakh on an upcoming brand purely based on trust I had shared with my father, @WakefitCo today you have lost a customer in my father who was praising about you to all and now he's just bitter about the experience he had to go through.
@WakefitCo The main support legs are either broken or the joint strength is compromised(loose joints). Back rest is defective in terms of wood. Planks are damaged at the corners.
@WakefitCo Other than the broken bed I've received, clearly there is something else that's broken, your processes? Why does it take so long to validate an issue? Why do I have to hold a broken and damaged product for so many days?
